We are diagnosing a leak in 3 different rooms of this house with a concrete tile roof and found that the debris in the valleys were diverting water into the field and deteriorated the felt underlayment over the years which rotted the decking and created an atmosphere for mold to grow. Lots of mold and damage to the drywall inside the house. We are going to do a thorough roof repair and fix the decking, felt, battens and replace broken concrete roof tiles
